No Return, No Refund Policy

  1. No Returns: We do not accept returns for any products purchased through our platform unless the item received is damaged, defective, or does not match the ordered product.

  2. No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the received product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Refunds will be issued only in such cases, following an inspection and approval by our team.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 1 days of receiving the product. We may require photographic evidence or additional information to process your request.

    3.a. Glass products

    Ensuring the delivery of a top-notch product in pristine condition is of utmost importance to us. Most our package deliveries are covered by insurance. While broken glass deliveries are uncommon, we have received such reports. Filing insurance claims for glass products with carriers has presented challenges. The success rate has been low due to issues such as insufficient evidence from provided pictures from buyers or carrier preferences for in-person inspection. Consequently, you now have two options: First, you can independently claim insurance against the carrier (primarily USPS) and utilize the refund to repurchase the same item – your delivery fee will not be charged. Alternatively, you may return the package and item to us, and we'll handle the insurance claim on your behalf. However, the return cost will only be refunded, and replacements will be sent for free if the claim is approved. Please be aware that for any claim to be considered, reports of damage must be received within the initial 24 hours, as indicated by the tracking timestamp. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

  4. Return Authorization: In case a return is authorized due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or get a replacement. Any returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. We also ask you to take as many pictures of the items in the original shipping box in the most original condition as possible to let us determine that the defect is not your responsibility and to file an insurance claim.

  5. Exclusions: Certain products may not be eligible for returns or refunds due to hygiene reasons, perishable nature, or specific manufacturer policies. Please check the product description or contact us for clarification before making a purchase.

  6. Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as we process orders promptly for timely delivery.

  7. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the return is due to our error.
